Returns & Refund Policy 

Are you not completely happy with your online order? You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

You can easily register your return or withdrawal using the withdrawal button at the bottom right of this page.

You may also inform us of your withdrawal in another clear way, for example by email at bybliss@icloud.com.

After registering your return or withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

We kindly ask you to return the item unused, undamaged and carefully packaged. Please also include the completed return form in your parcel, so we can process your return smoothly and quickly.

The costs of returning the item are at the buyer’s expense. You are responsible for the return shipment until we have received it. Any costs arising from damage or loss are also your responsibility. For this reason, we recommend sending your parcel with a track & trace code.

Once we have received the item back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount. In the case of a full return, the standard shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded. In the case of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the item has been used more than necessary to assess it, or if it has been damaged, we may charge you for any reduction in value.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for another item? Please contact us at bybliss@icloud.com and let us know which item you would like to receive.

If the desired item is in stock, we can reserve it for you and adjust your order. The new item will be shipped as soon as we have received the returned item in good order.

Would you prefer to receive the new item sooner? You can place a new order yourself through our webshop. Once we have received the returned item in good order, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item.

Shipping costs will be charged again for sending an exchanged item.
