Terms and conditions bybliss.nl
It is important that you carefully read the terms and conditions before placing an order. If you place an order with bybliss.nl, you agree to these terms and conditions and you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase one or more items and you have a payment obligation.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. On the order confirmation you will find an overview of the ordered items and their costs, including shipping costs and VAT.
Order and pay
The stated prices are in Euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
After receiving the order confirmation, you must transfer the total amount of the order within 7 days to the IBAN number: NL34 KNAB 0257 9239 42 in the name of by Bliss in Heerhugowaard.
If your payment is not credited to our account within 7 days, your order will be considered canceled.
You can also pay directly with iDEAL option, no extra costs will be charged for this!
How does iDEAL work? You can pay with iDEAL in a few steps:
* You place an order for one or more products
* Then choose iDEAL as payment method
* Then select your own bank, where you already arrange your banking online
* You enter the well-known internet banking program of your own bank
* All payment details of your purchase are already filled in
* You approve the payment in the manner known to you
* you will receive a payment confirmation from your bank
* You will automatically return to the bybliss.nl webshop, where you will receive/see a message with:
the order and payment have been successful!
As soon as the amount has been received, your order will be offered to the postal carrier for shipment within a few days (if available). We work together with PostNL. You will receive a message as soon as your order has been shipped. If a certain product is not in stock, this will be stated with the specific product. You will always receive a message if the delivery takes a little longer than you are used to from us, stating the expected delivery time. After your order has been shipped, we have no further influence on its delivery and we are entirely dependent on the deliveries and services of the postal carrier. Parcel post is generally delivered (Netherlands /Belgium) to you within 1 to 3 working days. You can place your order 24 hours a day. Your order will be processed by bybliss.nl from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Orders are offered to the postal carrier at 2 p.m., please take this into account when placing your order.
Delivery time
We aim to ship your order within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
In the unlikely event that the article is not in stock or not available, you will be notified by e-mail. Of course you will then be given the opportunity to cancel the order.
There is also a possibility to pick up.
Shipping and packaging costs
The standard rates of the postal carrier are used for sending your order. For deliveries in the Netherlands when the order exceeds €100,- Bliss will pay the shipping costs. The shipping costs for the Netherlands are €6,95.
Adjusted shipping costs apply to shipments outside the Netherlands and within Europe. The shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place an order.
You can also choose to have the order shipped insured, the resulting costs are for the customer.
We do not charge packaging costs such as shipping boxes and bubble wrap. We always wrap gifts for you for free.
Liability
bybliss.nl is not liable for the loss or damage of shipped items. Damage suffered as a result cannot be recovered from bybliss.nl. If you want certainty about the arrival of the order, you can choose to have the order shipped insured. The costs for this are for the account of the customer.
bybliss.nl cannot be held liable for the inaccuracy of information provided on the Website and in the Webshop and the damage resulting therefrom, unless this inaccuracy was caused by intent or willful recklessness on the part of bybliss.nl
Exchange and return
If your online order does not meet your expectations, you as a buyer have the right to return the item within 14 days. The article must then be returned undamaged and neatly packed to Bliss. See the conditions under this paragraph. The costs involved are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item has been received in good order, bybliss.nl will refund the purchase price including shipping costs to the account of the buyer.
If you are not satisfied with the item, you can exchange or return it within the trial period.
Do you want to exchange an item for another re size, color or completely different article, we will send the new article (if available).
Shipping costs will be charged for exchanges.
Conditions
Items can only be returned:
- In undamaged condition
- In original packaging / sturdy cardboard box
- Unworn or unused
Please note: The risk and costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer, as well as the shipping costs incurred by us in the event of an exchange. If you want to exchange / return an item, you must take the following step: Register your return via e-mail bybliss@icloud.com, state the order number on the invoice / order confirmation, the item to be returned and the amount.
Costs of damage and loss are also for your account.

Complaints / warranty
Do you have complaints regarding the delivered goods or other matters? Please contact us by e-mail within 48 hours and we will do everything we can to find a satisfactory solution. Every product you buy at bybliss.nl comes with a warranty on production and manufacturing defects. We adhere to the official warranty periods set by suppliers, importers and manufacturers. However, the buyer cannot invoke the guarantee in case of:
a. normal wear and tear;
b. changes made to the article by or on behalf of the buyer;
c. damage due to intent or gross negligence;
d. by the buyer or third parties engaged by the buyer
own initiative during the warranty period repairs to the
delivered items.
e.damage by perfume or water.
Transport damage
If returns arrive damaged to us and have not been sent in accordance with the terms and conditions of the postal carrier, your warranty will expire and we reserve the right to hold you liable for the damage caused. We offer you the option of sending the products insured via the postal carrier.
Price deviations
We reserve the right to price variations. We will inform you of price changes. You then have the option of dissolving the purchase agreement.
Privacy declaration
bybliss.nl hereby expressly declares that all address information and personal data provided by you will be used exclusively for its own administration and information provision. The relevant data will not be sold on and will not be made available to third parties.
