Shipping
We do our very best to send your parcel as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with track & trace details, where available.
Shipping Costs
For deliveries within the Netherlands, the following rates apply:
€6.95 for parcels within the Netherlands up to 23 kg, with a maximum size of 100 x 70 x 50 cm.
For orders over €100, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
For parcels outside the Netherlands, but within Europe, different rates apply. These shipping costs will be shown automatically during checkout.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Not completely happy with your online order? You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
You can easily register your return or withdrawal using the withdrawal button at the bottom right of this page.
You may also inform us of your withdrawal in another clear way, for example by email at bybliss@icloud.com.
After registering your return or withdrawal, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
We kindly ask you to return the item, where reasonably possible, unused, undamaged and carefully packaged. Please also include the completed returns form in your parcel, so we can process your return smoothly and promptly.
The costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer. You are responsible for the return shipment until we have received it. For this reason, we recommend sending your parcel with a track & trace code.
Once we have received the item back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to you. In the case of a full return, the standard shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded. In the case of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If an item has been used more than necessary to assess it, or if it has been damaged, we may deduct any loss in value from the refund.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for another product? Please contact us at bybliss@icloud.com and let us know which item you would like to receive.
If the desired item is in stock, we can reserve it for you and adjust your order. The new item will be shipped once we have received the returned item in good order.
Would you prefer to receive the new item sooner? You can place a new order yourself through our webshop. Once we have received the returned item in good order, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item to you.
Shipping costs will be charged again for exchanged items.
