Binga basket Natural/Brown Small

The beautiful Tonga baskets are woven by the Tonga women in the north of Zimbabwe (Binga).

The baskets are made of Ilala palm leaves and are processed with, among other things, natural dyes from roots and bark. The Tonga baskets are used in many villages for carrying grain.

The Tonga baskets are very decorative and also very nice to use as wall decoration.

The baskets have a distinctive design with a square bottom, which forms the basis for each unique basket.
